Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of website services from Gum’n’Shoe, a brand operated by Levent Enterprises LLC (“Gum’n’Shoe”, “we”, “us”). By starting your setup at checkout, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you”).

1. What you are buying

A website built for your business, hosted and maintained by us, together with the features described at checkout: your Google reviews shown on your site, an instant text reply to quote requests, missed-call text-back, full setup and hosting, and a US-based account manager. We set up your website on the day of your onboarding call. Some features depend on third parties (for example phone carriers or Google); their approval can affect when a feature becomes active.

Before purchase you saw a preview of your website. Parts of that preview are sample content; we replace them with your real photos, services and details during onboarding. Anything you want changed, we fix on your onboarding call.

2. Plans, billing and renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the plan’s price until you cancel. You authorize us to charge the card you provide for your first payment and each renewal. Prices are in US dollars. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the service until payment is made.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@gumnshoe.com [or from your client dashboard, once available]. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Outside the money-back guarantee below, cancelling does not create a refund for the current period, and there are no prorated refunds.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy within 30 days of your purchase, tell us and we will refund 100% of your initial monthly or quarterly subscription payment. The guarantee covers the initial purchase, not renewal payments. [Counsel/owner: confirm whether the one-time win-back campaign is included in the guarantee.]

5. Your content and your domain

You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos, reviews and other content you provide or that we show from your existing presence, and you confirm we may use it to build and run your website. You remain the owner of your domain name. To go live on your domain, you point its DNS to our servers; you can point it elsewhere at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the website or our services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information about your business.

7. Text messages

By giving us your mobile number you agree that we may text you about your order, your onboarding and your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep your website available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost leads.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change affects your price or your rights materially, we will tell you in advance by email; continuing the service after that date means you accept the change.

10. Governing law
